Talk to us about Artificial Intelligence
Whether you have a clear project brief or just a vague sense that your data could be working harder, we are happy to talk it through. The first consultation is free and lasts about 45 minutes. We will ask about your data sources, your current pain points, and what a successful outcome looks like for your team. You will leave with a rough idea of feasibility, timeline, and cost.
Our office
92 Kamryn Brow, Leeds LS1 4AP, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
We are a five-minute walk from Leeds City Station. If you are driving, the nearest car park is on Whitehall Road.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day. If you have not heard from us in 48 hours, please check your spam folder and try again.
What happens after you reach out
Once your enquiry arrives, here is how the next few days typically unfold.
Within one working day, one of our engineers (not a sales rep) will reply with a few clarifying questions. We want to understand the shape of your data, the size of your team, and any constraints around budget or timeline. If your project clearly falls outside our expertise, we will tell you straight away and, where we can, recommend another firm that is better suited.
If the project looks like a good fit, we schedule a 45-minute video call. On that call we sketch out a rough approach, identify the biggest technical risks, and give you a ballpark cost range. There is no charge for this call and no obligation to proceed.
After the call, we send a short written proposal within three working days. It includes a scope description, a fixed-price quote for the discovery phase, an estimated timeline, and a list of what we need from you to get started. If you approve the proposal, we typically begin work within two weeks.
We do not ask for payment upfront. The first invoice goes out at the end of the discovery phase, once you have seen the data-audit report and decided whether to continue into prototyping.

Remote meetings
We use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, whichever your organisation prefers.
If you are travelling from outside West Yorkshire, Leeds Bradford Airport is about 25 minutes by taxi. Direct trains from London King's Cross take around two hours and fifteen minutes. We are happy to adjust meeting times to fit your travel schedule.
For clients based outside the UK, all our consulting work can be done remotely. We have delivered projects for companies in Ireland, the Netherlands, and Germany without a single in-person meeting. Time-zone differences within Europe have never been a problem; we simply overlap our working hours with yours for the daily stand-up and async the rest.
Types of engagement we offer
Not every company needs a full-scale AI programme. Some need a one-off analysis to answer a specific question. Others want an ongoing partnership where we act as an extension of their engineering team. Here is a quick summary of the three engagement models we offer:
Sprint: A focused two-to-four-week engagement with a single deliverable, such as a feasibility study, a data-quality audit, or a proof-of-concept model. Fixed price, typically £8,000 to £15,000.
Project: A full build from discovery through production deployment. These run eight to twenty weeks and cost between £25,000 and £80,000 depending on complexity. Payment is milestone-based.
Retainer: Ongoing support, retraining, and incremental feature development. Starts at £1,200 per month for up to eight hours of work, with higher tiers available for clients who need more capacity.
If none of these fits your situation, tell us what you need and we will figure out a structure that works.
